Worcester racecourse is situated on the banks of the River Severn, and has been hosting horse racing since 1718. Worcester is a picturesque if somewhat basic racecourse.

Course Description

Worcester racecourse is a long flat oval course of just over a mile and a half, with easy sweeping turns. Although the fences at Worcester are easy, the hurdles used are the brush type and can sometimes result in horses falling in hurdle races.
